Asher is a Solicitor within the Clinical Negligence Department at Been Let Down.
Since qualifying, Asher has worked for well-respected firms in the North West and has specialised in clinical negligence for over 15 years.
Asher is an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She has settled various cases including a claim with provisional damages. She conducts her own advocacy at court hearings in the High Court including CCMCs. Asher’s caseload includes birth injury, delay in diagnosis of cancer and fatal cases.
