Helen tries to remain objective to give the best possible advice on possible outcomes and to manage expectations, whilst being also prepared to fight for what is reasonable and achievable.
Helen enjoys the variety of her role as no two claims are ever the same and the challenge of obtaining a result against what is usually hard fought opposition from the insurers of the professional who is at fault. She explains that the insurers employ tactics and strategies to delay and avoid payment and which can also involve having to deal with intellectually challenging legal arguments and concepts.Outside of the office, Helen enjoys travelling and going to concerts and the theatre, as well as socialising with friends.
