Sarm Aghahoseini

Sarm joined Been Let Down in October 2021 and has four years’ legal experience. He works as a Trainee Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence Department.  Sarm graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2018 with First Class Honours and went on to achieve Distinctions in his Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Masters in Business, Law and Management.

As a trainee solicitor, Sarm supports clients directly as well as assisting the solicitors in his team with progressing claims to a successful outcome. Sarm feels he can provide his clients with exceptional support as part of a team with specialist expertise.

Sarm cares about his work and wants to do the very best he can for his clients. His goal is always to achieve justice when clients have been let down by medical professionals.  Sarm regularly provides updates to our clients on their cases and helps to answer any questions and put the client’s mind at rest.

Sarm is an approachable and friendly person who is good at building strong client relationships. He is also a confident and determined individual, who shows a great desire to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

Sarm has an interest in clinical negligence law coming from a family with a medical background. Sarm has great respect for the team he works with and was keen to join Been Let Down, with our expertise in this specialist area of law. Sarm is a very ambitious person who is keen to progress his career, he is excited by the growth of the firm and is determined to be a successful member of staff.

Outside of the office Sarm enjoys playing sports, in particular football. He is also very dedicated to going to the gym and wakes up at 5am every weekday to do so. He also has a keen interest in Formula 1 and loves a good holiday.
